This is by far my favorite dentist office! The front desk is always super nice, efficient, and responds quickly whenever there is a question. When I first moved into the city I was anxious about finding a dentist. I’ve had bad experiences growing up especially with procedures that I didn’t need but when I came here I wasn’t forced to do anything, I went for dental cleaning and just that procedure was done without pain and the biggest plus is that they accepted my insurance without any issues! Quick and comprehensive service. Unlike at many dentists office where I feel like they upsell you and advise you to get dental treatments that you don’t need, this dentist office was not that way at all. In fact the opposite and advised me to not let any other dental offices tell me that I need work that I don’t actually need. Teeth were perfectly clean and advised that I come back in six months for a check up.

I’m on medicaid they accepted my medicaid and gave me stellar service. Is it as fancy as a 10k upper east side office? No. But so what? The service was efficient and the advice and feedback they gave to me was on point. They identified everything that was wrong right off the bat, they suggested non-expensive solutions that anyone can try at home (for tooth grinding) and they left the radio on while I waited so I had some music to listen to. This was a lovely experience. I came in for a cleaning and it went well. Front desk staff was friendly. There was virtually no wait time. The Medical assistant who took my Xrays was a doll! She was pleasant and so kind. The dental hygienist was great and very thorough with my cleaning. The dentist also assessed my tmj issues well. It was an overall great experience. I am a first-timer. The staff was very nice on the phone and in person. I am very pleased with Dr. Cai. She is very gentle and patient with you. We discussed options regarding my restoration and possible future options as well. I was included every step of the way regarding what I was looking to achieve. I truly love and appreciate this dental office. For years, I struggled with dentists, claiming I had cavities that I never had and horrible experiences that left me uneasy about seeing a dentist. In the past 5 yrs I've been to several dentists and they completely ruined my teeth! Therefore l was really afraid l was going to have to have all of my teeth pulled. Thank goodness that wasn't the case. I was crying and upset but the Dr. Made me feel 100 times better! Previously l had crowns on the top for my top 5 teeth but my prior dentist put it all in one piece and it fell out within 2 mis. The posts then SEVERELY damaged my 8 bottom teeth. I was in shambles and the Dr. Said she could save my bottom teeth... unfortunately,my top ones aren't able to be saved, but that's ok because she said she would look at the pictures l have from before of my teeth and make me look like l did before. I'm SO grateful and happy l went there!!!! I HIGHLY recommend anyone going there!!!!❤️❤️❤️

From the front desk to the back office everyone had a wonderful attitude here. Nancy the front desk lady was so helpful and check in was a breeze. The other ladies at the desk were also wonderful. So from the beginning I felt great. The wait after paperwork was minimal and the office is nice and comfy. I was quickly taken back and X-rays and check ups all were done extremely fast and efficient. Teeth cleaning was very detailed and I had a few tiny cavities that got done on the spot. Doctor Sonny was very professional and explained every part of my treatment. I left a very happy customer and have a follow up in a few weeks. After the worst dentistry experience of my life at a dental clinic in Uptown, my faith in dentistry and medical services were gone all together. Thankfully coming here helped restore that faith. I called their Rivington office last week and came in today. Everyone from the schedulers, front office staff, assistants, and dentist was great. I had an exam, x-rays, and cracked filling fixed in under 20 minutes. The dentist and front desk staff also gave me a great and reasonable turnaround time for authorizations needed to fix a few more extensive problems. The only thing that irked me was that the assistant was having a bit of trouble taking my x-rays to the point that my mouth felt slightly sore but she was being thorough so that my file could go to the insurer for authorization. However, the annoyance was minor, and she was still very sweet and apologetic. Not enough to knock off a star. I've spent years living in NYC and I'm happy that I've finally had a positive experience at a practice.

I had my first visit here yesterday. After about 1.5 years without a cleaning, I was able to get an appointment the day before to come in for a cleaning. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly and helpful reception staff. They quickly got me back in the chair and worked hard to give me an excellent experience. Everything from the cleaning to the 3 fillings I received(Because of my own negligence of my dental hygiene) was a smooth, painless and wonderful process. The hygentist (Stella I believe was her name) was so wonderful and put me at ease from the moment she walked in, she was so friendly and caring; I hope she knows how much I appreciated the work and care she put in and how painlesss it was, she couldn’t have been any better. I also had the 3 fillings put in, I apologize but I am struggling to remember the dentists name, but he and his assistant Fanny, were wonderful. I fear the shots in the gums, but he had a technique that I have never seen, which made the shots painless, completely. He and fanny were able to get the fillings done in no time, with zero pain and I didn’t need any sort of gas or pills. I can’t recommend this place enough. Of course it’s business, so the work wasn’t free, but the price for the cleaning, fillings, antibiotics, and deep cleaning was extremely reasonable. Again, apologies to the Dentist that I can’t remeber the name and I didn’t catch the name of the X-ray technician, but along with Fanny and Stella(especially Stella the hygentist) they were so great and kind. I left without any pain and in an excellent mood(which is sort of an oxymoron when speaking on walking out of a dentist office...). Stella, who cleaned my teeth was so kind to me and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me in the brief time we had together, she was a delight. I don’t know if I can describe how much her kindness meant to me and how much her positivity affected me; as I am currently going through a tough situation and her kindness was a beam of light that brightly changed the dark time I was experiencing. This may sound like an exaggerated review, but it’s not and I hope she knows how thankful for her compassion and care, I can’t stress this enough. Thank you guys for an amazing experience, it was unique and special; and I look forward to my next visit; I don’t feel that I’ll ever have to look for a new dentist, you have gained a lifelong customer. Keep up the positivity and friendliness, you will never know the impact your kindness and respect had on me!

Highly recommend their services.. I had a horrible toothache back in January and was able to get an appointment the same day, mind you it was a Saturday.. I was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff and taken to see Dr. Rammal who was thorough in his examination and treatment, as well as informative and comforting. It's 4 months later and I've been back several times, I even brought my two children for his service. Between the 3 of us we had 10 fillings, flouride treatments, crown and deep cleaning for me and regular cleaning for the kids. We already have our 6 month appointments and they have dedicated patients.

I was reading some reviews of this place and I noticed most gave one star for waiting to long and also for questions not being answered. I am sorry to say but we live in NYC waiting is part of life here nothing is on time in NYC. So if you gave this place one star grow up. I was looking for a dentist for a few weeks and this place is so close to my house. I never thought a place so close to my house would have the nicest people in the world. I don't normally leave reviews but the dentist who took care of me was so nice. I dont remember her name but all I went for was a cleaning and I am really scared of dentist but then again who isn't. I told her about my sensitivity front teeth and she was gentle. I was still scared but I felt no pain. I just wanna say only cause you see a one start rating dont judge this place for that one star. I tell you this call for a appointment and if you dont feel the love and care they give you then rate it one star.

The staff made me feel very comfortable on my first dental visit. All details on my necessary dental work were explained clearly. I was very impressed with the updated technology euipment, since my current dental office has mostly older equipment. Since my curret dentist has remained closed since the start of the pandemic, I will stay with L.E.S. Dental Group.

This was one of the first and only times I can honestly say I had an amazing experience at the dentist. I was a little worried as usual when going to a new place but I was really surprised. My appointment was perfectly scheduled so I had enough time for a cleaning AND I was able to get X-rays and a filling done the same day. Everyone was beyond nice on top of the place being clean and very obviously sanitized. Everyone I met with happily greeted me. One thing I really loved was being talked through what was being done- I felt well informed and calm during everything. Thanks for making me feel so welcome and taking care of my teeth so well. I would recommend going here for your dental needs!

Got a cleaning here. My normal dentist was unavailable. They did a thorough job examining and cleaning. I was generally impressed by the level of attentiveness. The facility is not physically attractive, but I dont expect a spa dental experience. I'd recommend this practice for the cleaning.

It was a fabulous place the office was very clean quiet and calm everything was done in a timely manner I didn't have to sit and wait hours. Just definitely didn't happen I waited maybe a half hour tops and that was on a busy day the dentist I had she was absolutely incredible she did a fabulous job once again also in a timely manner but very well done I'm very happy with my new teeth no one even knows they're not mine will technically they are mine now but I would definitely recommend them even two friends and family

This dental office is real cool. The staff is patient with you they put my authorization in 3 times and I was denied each time but they did not give up on me and that meant a lot to me some places they stop the first time you are denied and the doctor was cool too so I have to give a 5 star now I took care of my part and now I am about 1 month away from smiling and eating a good meal I would recommend this dental office
